Our school offers a small, safe, and nurturing learning environment that welcomes all families and faiths, and a range of learning profiles. Through our academic individualization approach and hands-on, experiential learning curriculum, students are engaged to be partners in their education and are provided with a degree of rigor reflective of their academic character.

CDS students are encouraged to be themselves and find their voice, learn to work collaboratively with others, and develop 21st-century skills through responsible use of technology (Gr 3-8). We are committed to positioning our students for success by ensuring they are inspired, supported, and challenged, and also cultivate leadership skills and tools that are transferable to their future education and real-world experiences.

Community Day School is what you want your children's learning experience to be. It's what you wanted your own learning experience to be. It's hands-on, it's project-based, it integrates stages and grade-levels seamlessly. The kids all play and interact with each other. Global citizenship is the standard. There is a garden, there are chickens, they spend time outdoors. My kids don't want to leave at the end of the day. Community Day is the standard for a gold-star education.
