Annual Fund

Each spring, Community Day School launches its Annual Campaign, an appeal to the entire community seeking contributions that will ensure the ongoing legacy of our school. Community Day’s annual giving program directly supports our students and faculty, equipping our school with essential dollars that make the CDS experience exceptional as well as providing a helping hand for families who demonstrate a need.

Unlike many schools, CDS balances its budget on a yearly basis from tuition revenue. This allows the restricted and unrestricted funds that are raised through the Annual Campaign to be used for program enhancements, financial assistance, and to support the strategic initiatives of the school.

This year, we are looking forward to a successful campaign to support growth, learning and instructional advancements:

• A new preschool-early elementary outdoor “adventure park”
• New learning spaces for our elementary and middle school programs
• Individualized learning support for students in need of additional assistance
• Professional development opportunities for teachers
