The Community Day School Difference
Community Day School students receive a consistent, well-rounded educational experience--daily outdoor learning, leadership development, fine arts education, foreign language classes, and a rigorous academic schedule--all without teaching "to a test." The results speak for themselves.
Community Day School data is based on MAP Growth assessments taken at the beginning, middle, and end of the school year. MAPs are not high-stakes standardized tests and do not factor into a student's grades in any way. Most students take less than one hour to complete a MAP benchmark evaluation, though it is not timed--students may take as much time as they need to complete the work. Information on MAPs and FSA scoring is located here.
