Summer Camp Login Portal **Please note: This link is for families who have completed the family enrollment form and who either need to access their campsite account and/or need to provide registration information through the parent dashboard.**

8 WEEK-LONG CAMP SESSIONS & REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

*Please note: Registration closes one full week before the camp date begins for staffing purposes. No additions (before/after care) may be made after the registration date has passed. 

• Week 1: 6/3 - 6/7 
  (registration closes at 3PM on 5/24)

• Week 2: 6/10 - 6/14
  (registration closes at 3PM on 5/31)

• Week 3: 6/17 - 6/21
  (registration closes at 3PM on 6/7)

• Week 4: 6/23 - 6/28
  (registration closes at 3PM on 6/14)

• NO CAMP: 7/1-7/5

• Week 5: 7/8 - 7/12
  (registration closes at 3PM on 6/28)

• Week 6: 7/15 - 7/19
  (registration closes at 3PM on 7/5)

• Week 7: 7/22 - 7/26
  (registration closes at 3PM on 7/12)

• Week 8: 7/29 - 8/2
  (registration closes at 3PM on 7/19)

CAMP HOURS:

• MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9AM-4PM
• EARLY CARE: 8AM-9AM 
  (pre-registration required)
• AFTER CARE: 4PM-5PM
  

  (pre-registration required)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Campers are grouped by grade for enrichment activities. 
• Camper Ratio is 8:1

CAMP PRICING: 

• Per Week (9AM-4PM): $420 per week
• Before Care (8AM-9AM): additional $55 per week *pre-registration required
• After Care (4PM54PM): additional $55 per week *pre-registration required

FULL SUMMER SESSION BUNDLE DISCOUNT: $3,025
Register for ALL 8 WEEKS OF CAMP PANTHER (9AM-4PM) for one low rate!

*Before & Aftercare fees are an add-on at registration.

• 9AM: Arrival/Check-in to Camp
• 9:30AM-12PM: Instructional Enrichment (activity rotations or learning excursions)
• 12PM: Lunch/Free Choice 
• 1PM-3:30PM: Instructional Enrichment (activity rotations or learning excursions)
• 4PM: First Dismissal
• 5PM: After Care Dismissal/Camp Closing
• **Water Day EVERY Friday! The athletic field will be covered with sprinklers, slip n’ slides, blow-up water slides & water balloons.**
